A message from your Beautification Committee

Happy August Farmington!

The Beautification Committee is in full swing, and we are excited to be entering into the Fall with you all! Here are a few things to keep your eye on in the coming weeks and months!

1.  The Sunflower Contest - for those that picked up a sunflower and registered, the contest will close on August 31st, so please get your submissions in if you think you have grown the tallest and biggest one!

2.  Bootification Award - the Spookies Street in Farmington is coming back!  We will have more advertising to come starting in mid-September with submissions closing on October 24th.  So, get your decorations prepped; we can't wait to see your spookiest decorations!!!

3.  Community Garden -It is not too late to get your plot for last minute planting!  If you are interested, please contact Melissa Andrade at mandrade@farmgov.com.  Also, we have had a wonderful member donate a shed to house tools and equipment for our community garden.  However, we do need to have a cement pad poured with a rat wall built.  If you know anyone or would like to offer your services to get this completed, please contact Melissa Andrade at mandrade@farmgov.com.

Don't forget to check out our website for the latest news and events!
