The City of Farmington has launched TextMyGov, a new platform designed to keep the community informed with critical updates and alerts. This user-friendly service will replace NIXLE. Residents must subscribe to receive important public safety notifications directly via text message, ensuring they stay aware and prepared in any situation.

TextMyGov offers an additional feature, quick answers at your fingertips. The TextMyGov platform includes an interactive feature to help residents quickly find information. By texting single-word topics (like “leaves” or “rink”) to 947-900-8099, users can receive instant answers and resources from the city’s website. Save this number in your phone for easy access to city information. This is NOT a means to notify us of a crime, or to file a  police report.
