The Farmington Founders Festival kicks off at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 16. The fun begins with crafter and artisans, food trucks, and the beer tent at 5 p.m., with live music starting at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, Grand River Avenue through downtown will close at 8:50 a.m. for the Color Run and remain closed for the annual Founders Festival Parade which steps off at 10 a.m.

Also on Saturday, the Farmington Farmers & Artisan Market will be moved to Farmington High School 32000 Shiawassee Street, during the downtown festivities. Market hours remain 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and there will still be live music.
